Through the monitoring and promotion of this policy, we actively participate in protecting the environment and the overall welfare of our personnel, customers, subcontractors and communities. At HL Insulation, we consider a zero accident / incident level to be a fundamental and attainable target.
In order to achieve our objectives, we:
- Require every employee to take personal responsibility for HSE by focusing on their own behaviour
- Identify HSE risks arising from our activities and reduce them to the lowest possible levels
- Place a high priority on the HSE training of our personnel
- Apply a methodical and measurable approach to continuously improve our HSE performance
- Openly communicate HSE issues and performances, and share and learn from the best HSE practices, both internally and externally
